Bernadine Tsung-Megason
As a former litigation attorney, Bernadine understands the importance of being a resource and advocate for her clients. She describes her style as being cheerful, calm and reasoned, and prides herself on her dedication and loyalty to her clients. Bernadine believes that working hard and listening to her clients are the most important things she can do.
Once she understands what her clients want, she pairs that knowledge with comprehensive market analyses, her deep knowledge of local neighborhoods, and her passion for construction to help her buyers and sellers make the very best decisions for them, and their lives. Bernadine knows that for most people, the purchase and sale of real estate is the largest transaction they will ever make, and when it comes to making the best decisions, facts matter.
In her spare time, Bernadine is an avid cook, and believes in the kind of community organization that leads to block parties and lots of neighborhood pot-lucks. Bernadine also loves to garden, although this love does not always translate into success (or living plants). Bernadine is a graduate of Lexington High School, U.C. Berkeley, and UCLA Law School. Prior to moving back to Boston, Bernadine was a civil rights attorney in Los Angeles, and was the principal of her own law firm. Bernadine lives in Brookline with her husband Sean, their three children (ages 13, 10 and 8), and their three rescue dogs, two rescue cats and one rescue gecko.
